Delivery and Shipping

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt. Occasionally public holidays, weekends, weather events or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times. In these circumstances we will endeavour to communicate with you about the delay and resolve the resulting issues.

Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent, please contact us for assistance.

·        All orders are sent via national courier companies.

·        Please provide your physical address for shipping as we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

·        In general, delivery will take no more than 2 working days from dispatch to North Island addresses, and 2-3 working days for South Island addresses. Weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events and infrastructural complications may cause additional delays.

·        Some addresses may have delivery restrictions that are beyond our control or delivery conditions that we are not able to meet. In these situations, we will do our best to get your parcel but if this is not possible through our standard delivery channels, we will work with you to come to a mutually agreeable solution.

·        Orders will be automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout; please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.

 

Rural Deliveries

Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take one to two days longer as rural deliveries are handled by a third party.

Due to the nature of this network consignments to rural locations may be left at your properties.

As such, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been delivered to rural addresses, we will however do our best to work towards a mutually acceptable outcome in the unexpected situation where an order does go missing.

 

International Orders

COVID-19 UPDATE

Please note there are delays of up to 2 weeks on international deliveries.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within standard working hours. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We take no responsibility for charges incurred at the receivers’ end after sending the parcel as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

·        Australia - Free Shipping on orders over $50 estimated time of delivery between 3-5days of any covid-19 delays, natural disasters, impacts of war and other circumstances beyond our control.  $30.50 for orders under $50. Estimated time of delivery between 3-5days note however possible delays as mentioned.

·        South Pacific - Free shipping on orders over $50 estimated time of delivery between 3-5days note however covid-19 delays, natural disasters, impacts of war and other circumstances beyond our control.  $16.50 for orders under $50. Estimated time of delivery between 3-5days note however delays as mentioned above. Samoa, Fiji, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Cook Islands.

·        USA, UK, Europe, East Asia $35 Estimated time of delivery between 5-7days note however covid-19 delays, natural disasters, impacts of war and other circumstances beyond our control.

·        If your country is not listed under shipping options, please contact us for a delivery quote.

·        Shipping rates are in NZ dollars.

 

 

New Zealand Domestic Delivery Charges

Domestic Delivery Charges – New Zealand estimated time of delivery between 3-5days note however covid-19 delays, natural disasters, war and other circumstances beyond our control.

For orders under $50 a shipping charge of $5.50 will apply New Zealand only

Orders over $50 will be sent freight-free nationwide New Zealand.

Additional charges will apply for special delivery requests such as Saturday delivery or urgent delivery

You must spend over $50 to get free shipping, if a discount spend brings your order total below $50, the shipping charge of $5.50 will still apply.

A single delivery charge will be made on a single online order.

 

Order Collections

All orders must be made online for delivery – There are no order collections available at this time.
