Objective: Describe the potential collection, use, disclose and the protection of personal information of individuals.

Erena Aniu Ltd – trading name MoUi. complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993 (the Act) when dealing with personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual (a natural person).

Who do we collect your personal information from? We collect personal information about you from:

  • You, when you provide that personal information to us, including via the website and any related service, through any registration process OR through any contact with us (e.g. telephone call or email).
  • Third parties where you have authorised this or the information is publicly available. If possible, we will collect personal information from you directly.

How we use your personal information

  • to market our services and products to you, including contacting you electronically (e.g. by text or email for this purpose). These emails and texts will always include an "unsubscribe" facility. Disclosing your personal information:

  • We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as set out below or unless you have authorized us to do so. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
  • We do need to share your personal information with third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages and sending emails and with Visa or MasterCard in order to process payments. They will have access to your personal information needed to perform these services. However, we will not authorise those parties to use your information for other purposes.

Protecting your personal information

We will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe from loss, unauthorised activity, or other misuse.

Trends and tracking

MoUi. uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. We may also provide these statistics to reputable third parties.

Security

We take security seriously and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure. Customer information is not kept on the website but is sent directly to our database. In addition, when we receive your information, it is stored on a secure location in our office so that it can only be accessed by us. However, we accept no responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal information which you submit to us.

Our site may provide links to other sites. When you click on one of these links, you are leaving our site and entering another site that we do not control and for which we cannot be responsible. You should carefully review the privacy statements or policies on any other site that you visit because those privacy statements or policies will apply to your visit to that site and may be very different from our policy.
